Shipping and Returns

Current Operations as of June 5, 2020:

K-DEER is shipping Monday through Friday but there are still delays in shipping due to Covid-19. Please allow additional business days to receive your order. Returns will be processed within 2-4 business days once received at our warehouse. We thank you for your patience!



We thank you for your patience as we work to fulfill your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created. This email will also include a link to the shipping provider’s website so you can follow the progress of your package. If you receive your shipping confirmation email after 12 pm EST on Friday, please allow an additional 48 business hours for your order to leave the facility. Any orders placed after 12 pm will be shipped the following business day. K-DEER is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

U.S. Domestic Orders

Standard U.S. Shipping - Free for orders over $75
USPS First Class Mail - $6 (USPS Priority is used for shipments weighing over 1 lb).

FedEx 2-Day - $10
FedEx Overnight - $40

*FedEx Overnight is the only shipping option that guarantees transit time, all other shipping options are estimated transit time*

International Orders

Shipping costs are dependent on Country/Region

FedEx International Economy (2-6 Business Days)
FedEx International Priority (1-4 Business Days)

Please note: K-DEER is not responsible for any duties and taxes that you may incur during shipping.

If you refuse a package the cost it takes to ship back to K-DEER will be deducted from your refund.

Short Orders

Inventory is subject to change during high volume periods such as sales and holidays. If an item on an order becomes unavailable, the customer will receive a refund for the item to the original payment method along with an email from customer service. If there are other items on a short order, the rest of the order will ship as planned.


K-DEER accepts returns of unwashed/unworn items with tags within 30 days of purchase. K-DEER only accepts returns on orders placed on

U.S. returns requested within the 30 day return policy are eligible for free returns.

K-DEER accepts international returns, but international customers are responsible for return shipping costs. International returns can be shipped to:

Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items sent back to K-DEER that were marked Final Sale at the time of purchase will only be allowed K-DEER store credit.

You will need the email address you placed the order with and the order number. Both can be found on your order confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used on the original order unless the customer specifies they would prefer store credit.

Any items returned without tags in a less than new condition will not be refunded.

Please note: We are unable to issue return labels to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Once a return is received the customer will be refunded, please allow for 5 business days for the return to be posted on your bank statement.

Follow the same steps as above for exchanges. You will be prompted to input the item you'd like to exchange for. Make sure to include size, print, and length in your response. If the item is out of stock when we receive your return you will be refunded. If you choose an item that is more expensive than the item you are returning you will be emailed an invoice for the difference. If the item costs less than your original order you will be refunded the difference. International orders and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for exchange.


Damages & Product Defects

If your order arrives damaged or with a product defect reach out to within 14 days of receiving your order. Customer service requires photos of defects and damages to proceed with a return or exchange.
