We offer a variety of different shipping options for your convenience. As you go through the check-out process, please choose the option you prefer.
We do everything we can to keep our shipping costs down and share any savings we get from shipping providers with our customers. Our shipping partners include:
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created. This email will also include a link to the shipping provider’s website so you can follow the progress of your package. If you receive your shipping confirmation email after 1pm EST on Friday, please allow an additional 48 business hours for your order to leave the facility.
If for some reason you do not receive an email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly provide your shipping and tracking information.
** Please note: FedEx shipping days given in parentheses on check page are estimates of arrival time after leaving our facility, not delivery time. This estimate does not include processing times, please add an additional 48 business hours to the estimates you receive. **
FedEx Overnight is the only shipping option that guarantees transit time, all other shipping options are estimated transit time. While we do our best to process orders as quick as possible, please allow up to 48 business hours for processing time.

* Final shipping pick-up is completed at 1pm EST on Fridays. Any shipping confirmations received after 1pm EST on Friday will not ship until Monday as our offices are closed on the weekends. *
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers. Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "Outside The U.S.?" button. You will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment. Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

We accept returns for purchases made from this website only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We provide a return shipping label for DOMESTIC orders ONLY.
A return request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Making a return is simple and must be done through the link above.
- First, you will enter your email address and order number to bring up your past orders.
- Answer a few simple questions and submit your request. After your return is approved, you will then receive an electronic shipping label via e-mail.
- Use the label to send back your package. Once we receive and review your return, you will be refunded to your original payment method.
PLEASE NOTE: Once approved for return, your package must be shipped back to our design studio within 10 days.
Any merchandise returned missing hang tags, in a worn/washed, or dirty/poor condition can not be refunded.
We recommend reusing the original packaging - It's the ecological way to go!
Sometimes small manufacturing issues cannot be seen until an item is worn. If you notice a manufacturing issue, please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com and we will work out the best solution for the issue.
All manufacturer's defects must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase date.
Manufacturer's defects include tears to the seams and print issues. If you are unsure if you have a manufacturer's defect, please email email@example.com.
We like to keep things simple. In order to make an exchange, please follow the return process shown above. You will be refunded once your item has been received, but in the meantime, feel free to place a new order for your preferred item. All standard shipping charges apply for redelivery.
Our return process will provide you with a pre-addressed return label. All returns should be sent to our design studio at:

Purchases made from resellers:
Please take your return or exchange back to the original point of purchase for processing. Only the dealer from whom you made your purchase will be able to issue a refund.
If you are unable to visit the original point of purchase, we will be more than happy to help you with a return for K-DEER credit in the form of a gift card. We will need proof of purchase including the price you paid to the reseller in order to process your credit.
Shipping your INTERNATIONAL order back:
Due to the various complexities of international shipping we are not able to provide a return shipping label or cover the shipping cost for international returns.
Should you wish to make an international exchange, K-DEER will cover the cost to send your new item out once we have received the returned package. K-DEER is not responsible for lost return packages or costs associated with internationally shipping back a return or exchange.
Please note: If you are exchanging an item due to a manufacturing issue within 10 days of receiving your order, K-DEER will refund the cost of international standard return shipping.
Any item shipped initially to a US address but being returned to an address outside of the U.S. will be treated as an international return.
