Erin Motz is the Co-Founder of Bad Yogi and voice of real yogis everywhere. Erin is currently living in Nice, France with her husband and business partner, Adrien, and is expecting her first child late summer.

It’s the perfect balance of indulgent, feel-good movement combined with the efficiency you need to prepare your body for birth. Not pregnant, but want to get in on the feel-good movement?
