Employees are only given access to the information necessary to provide you with the best possible customer service. All credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. K-Deer.com is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure.

UNDERAGE USERS
K-DEER requires all account owners to be at least 18 years of age (or have the permission and supervision of a responsible parent or legal guardian), therefore, this policy does not discuss use of our site or services by minors.

COMMUNICATIONS
On occasion, K-DEER will send you messages via email. In some situations, K-DEER may send you physical mail, which might include a catalog or other promotional/marketing material. Your address will never be shared or distributed to any outside source.

Some messages from K-DEER are service-related and required for members.  Examples of service-related messages include, but are not limited to: a welcome/confirmation email when you register your account, notifications associated with an order, or correspondence with the K-DEER support team.
