What size should I order?
We recommend taking a look at our size chart where we have general sizes listed as well as measurements to help choose the best size for you!
If you are between sizes, consider paying special mind to the hip measurement in the chart as we find that is the best measurement to be an indicator of fit. Keep in mind, our activewear products have an intentionally snug fit.
Generally, our products run true to size. If you feel that you fall in between two sizes, we suggest you take advantage of our generous return policy, buy both sizes and return the one that does not fit as well.

If I wear an Adult XS can I fit into a Kids XL?
Our Kids Line is cut to fit a child's body. Specifically, Kids XL is much shorter in leg length and also wider than the Adult XS and the waistband is shorter. If you fit into the Adult XS and are happy with the way they fit, we strongly suggest to NOT size down to the Kids XL.

We accept returns for purchases made on this website of unworn, unwashed items. All tags must be attached and a return request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Once approved for return, the package must be shipped back to our design studio within 10 days. If the item was purchased through a K-DEER reseller, all returns and exchanges must be handled by same.
We like to keep things simple. In order to make an exchange, please follow the return process shown above. You will be refunded once your item has been received, but in the meantime, feel free to place a new order for your preferred item. All standard shipping charges apply for redelivery.

How do I make a return / exchange?

My leggings are damaged. What do I do?
How old are your leggings? Were they damaged as soon as you opened the delivery? That’s horrible! But if it happened then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Have you recently purchased your amazing leggings and the seam gave out? We hope you’ve been giving them a good run for their money and sweating and stretching them in the best high impact ways possible! If you have a hole in the seams after wear and tear, often the best answer is to take them to the cleaners and have them stitched. Spandex is not steel and the seams can eventually give with amazing use! Email us at email@example.com if you want to talk it out and decide a solution that is best for your issue.
Sometimes small manufacturing issues cannot be seen until an item is tried on. If you have tried on your K-DEER and notice a print problem, please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work out the best solution for the issue.
All manufacturer's defects must be reported to email@example.com within 14 days of your order date.
Manufacturer's defects include tears to the seams and print issues. If you are unsure if you have a manufacturer's defect, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How does that fabric feel?
K-DEER fabric is an American made specialty that is made to feel like a second skin. However, we recommend using caution as spandex is not made of steel and can be damaged easily. When exercising in your K-DEER, we suggest being very careful around rough surfaces such as: cycle seats, ropes, grips on weight lifting bars (knurling), and concrete or rough surfaces.
We at K-DEER like to think of it as if you were to sit on the edge of a pool with a bathing suit on, the fabric will fray - same concept.
I have an international return. Can I get it shipped back for free?
At K-DEER we have been working hard to provide you with the lowest shipping costs possible. Unfortunately international shipping of returns is not something we cover.
The good news is we have set up a handful of partnerships with other websites that resell our amazing products all around the globe. Often they can offer better shipping alternatives than we can. If you are worried about return shipping expenses consider looking for a K-DEER reseller in your area.

How can I track my order?
Our order processing and shipping system sends an email with a tracking number when your order is originally shipped. That email also includes links to the shipping provider’s website so you can check in with them. If you don’t have your original email, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look up your order and share the tracking number.
Alternatively, if you have opened an account on our website you can access your order history by logging in to your account.
What shipping method should I choose?
We offer a variety of different shipping options for your convenience. As you go through the check-out process, please choose the option you prefer.
FedEx Overnight is the only shipping option that guarantees transit time, all other shipping options are estimated transit time. While we do our best to process orders as quick as possible, please allow up to 48 business hours for processing time.

The legging I want is sold out in my size. Will it ever be coming back in stock?
We are always bringing new prints to market – that is what has made the K-DEER brand so unique! We all have favorite prints and are often as sad as our customers to see them go.
We would love to hear from you if you want to see a print brought back. We HAVE brought old favorites back in the past – so never say never. Consider writing us at email@example.com and let us know what made you love that print so much.
Do you have any retail stores that I can purchase from?
We currently do not have a retail store.

If you can’t find a retailer near you in the US and you are concerned about ordering online, keep in mind we have a very generous return policy which we hope will inspire you to test our products out!
If you can’t find a retailer near you OUTSIDE the US we CAN help you get in touch with one of our international web partners who may be able to ship you K-DEER from their online store for a regional shipping cost versus our across the globe rates! We absolutely LOVE when fitness instructors wear K-DEER and of course we have a instructor discount for you! Please submit our application and upon review we will send you a customized code.
Instructor discount codes is a customized 15% off code that will be given once an application is approved. These codes can not be shared, transferred, or used to place orders for others.
Instructor codes are for certified fitness instructors. You must be able to provide your teacher certification if needed.
