Striped Quinoa bowl

1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup unsweetened dairy-free milk of choice (I used almond)
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp raw honey
Fruit of choice (I used raspberries and pomegranate seeds)
*Warm your milk of choice over a medium heat and add cooked quinoa
*Stir in honey and chia seeds for about 2 minutes
*Top with fruit and enjoy!

Striped Taco

Corn-free soft shell tacos (I used Siete almond flour)
Heirloom tomato
Spinach hummus
Bell pepper
Fresh basil
Hemp hearts
Za'atar spice
*Warm the soft shell taco in the oven for about 2 minutes
*Layer with the hummus then vegetables and sprinkle with hemp hearts and za'atar. So simple, nutritious and filling!

Striped Charcoal Bowl

Your choice of yogurt (Greek, coconut, almond, etc.)
1-2 tbsp honey
3-4 charcoal capsules (broken)
Fruit of choice (I used strawberries and pomegranate seeds)
*To attain the stripes, separate the yogurt into two small bowls and add 1 charcoal capsule to one bowl and 2-3 to the other until you get the grey color desired. Otherwise break 2 charcoal capsules into 1 yogurt bowl.
*Mix in honey to taste
*Top with fruit and enjoy!
